PM Agreement

 Conditions of PM Agreement:

1. Scheduling and Business Hours: 
   • Maintenance appointments are scheduled during normal business hours, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
   • This agreement is strictly for maintenance purposes and does not include additional service labor or parts.

1. Notification of Issues: 
   • If current or potential problems are identified during maintenance, you will be notified immediately.
   • A service repair quote will be provided for your approval, either verbally or in writing.

1. Requesting Service: 
   • For service requests, please call the office at 602-606-8866.
   • You will receive a response within 2 hours.
   • Based on the situation, a technician will typically be dispatched within 2 hours on the same business day.

1. Service Work and Billing: 
   • Any service work performed beyond the scope of this agreement will be billed at standard rates.
   • No overtime charge will be applied for work done from Monday to Sunday before 7:00 PM.
   • An overtime charge of $250.00 will be applied for service work performed after 7:00 PM.

1. Agreement Renewal: 
   • This agreement will automatically renew on January 15th of each year at the current service rate. 
   • A rate increase will be sent to the email address we have on file. 

1. Termination of Agreement: 
   • Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice requesting cancellation.

1. Billing and Payment: 
   • Maintenance services will be billed at the time of service.
   • Payments can be made by check or Zelle.
